2. 东南亚 falls 10.1%

The 东南亚 average was USD 1,406, -10.1% WoW on 2,241 quotes. Abundant short-sea capacity and dense schedules mean rates fall fastest when volumes soften — a renegotiation window for exporters.

3. Everything else

欧洲: USD 4,332 (+4.9%); 南美: USD 6,835 (+7.3%); 中东: USD 5,712 (-3.5%); 非洲: USD 6,373 (+7.3%); 其他: USD 6,449 (-9.9%).

Outlook

Up (北美, 南美, 非洲): capacity discipline should keep rates firm; book 2–3 weeks ahead.
Down (东南亚, 中东): further near-term downside is plausible; renegotiate.
Overall: absent a policy shift from carriers, expect the all-lane average to hold in a narrow band into early November.
