We collect the account details you provide (name, work email, company, country), the enquiries you post, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running. We use this to match enquiries with forwarders, to operate your account, and to send service emails such as verification and response notifications.
We do not sell account or enquiry data. Forwarders see the enquiry details needed to quote a lane; contacts are never resold or published. You can request deletion of your account and enquiries at any time.
Published rates and spot offers are indicative market references, not binding offers. Booking is confirmed only when a forwarder accepts and issues a written confirmation. Ocean freight excludes origin and destination charges and surcharges unless stated. You are responsible for the accuracy of the cargo details you submit.
The platform uses only functional storage: a session token so you stay signed in, and a local preview flag for design review. No advertising or third party tracking cookies are set.
